<br />Resolution No. 06-004 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Lynden Homes for <br />rezoning of two existing parcels totaling approximately 4.19 acres from Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) and Agriculture (A) District to Planned Unit <br />Development - Medium Density Residential (PUD-MDR) District; for PUD <br />development plan approval for 11 buildable parcels and two remainder parcels <br />ranging from 10,000 square feet to 13,000 square feet; and for Development <br />Design Guidelines for a single-family detached residential development at <br />1635 and 1777 Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to <br />Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3.
