Box 520
Pleasanton, CA 94566

Subject: General Plan Review: 9480 Blessing Drive

Honorable Mayor Hosterman and Members of the Council,

I own a 183 acre parcel at the end of Blessing Drive in Pleasanton. I purchased the property
from Anita Gandolfo several years ago. At that time, I verified with the City that the property is
within the City's urban limit line and designated for development of three dwelling units, if
developed at the mid-point of the general plan density range. I have not moved to develop the
property in reliance on the long term nature of general plan designations. I ask that my property
keep its present general plan designation and that no specific time limit to develop be forced
upon me, and similarly situated property owners. Thank you for your consideration.

Very Truly Yours,

Rune Eliasen

Cc: Nelson Fialho, City Manager
Jerry Iserson, Director of Planning and Community Development
Janice Stern, Principle Planner
