GMA will coordinate with them. 4.2 As Built Drawiugs - GMA has prepared base drawings from City provided existing building plans. We have then adjusted them to existing field conditions based upon a visual walk through. These plans are not intended to be a detailed description of all existing conditions. Similarly, GMA's proposed Scope of Work does not include producing final As Built's after construction. GMA's specifications will require the General Contractor to provide As Builts. 4.3 Furniture Systems and Dispatcher's Console Design - These are not part of the Scope of Work. GMA will assist City Staff with the selection of these vendor purchased items. 4.4 Any work or discipline not specifically described herein.
