<br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council: <br /> <br />1. Adopt the attached resolution that amends Master Fee Resolution 92-100 to add the <br />Vineyard Avenue Agricultural Mitigation Fee in the amount of $25,000 per acre of <br />cultivable or potentially cultivable soils lost to development plus a flat fee <br />component of $645 for the City's costs in administering the fee, which <br />administrative cost component of the fee shall be adjusted in accordance with <br />annual changes to the CPI (consumer price index). <br /> <br />2.
