I do <br />not know the applicants, but I know that families would appreciate having day care accessible in <br />this neighborhood. To say that this is a traffic issue I find silly. At most--14 more cars per day. <br />More likely: 5 more trips to drop off and 5 more to pickup. They park for 15 minutes.
