TOT ALLY NOT ACCEPT ABLE that we, as residents, currently paying the HOA Fees, need to
allow non-residents to use those facilities.

Thirdly, the overall quality of life in this quiet neighborhood will be SERIOUSLY AFFECTED.
I'm not going to believe to confine the 7-14 kids inside the house all day. The child care will
have to let them out to the backyard sometimes. Can't imagine how much screaming and yelling
noise these kids are going to make during the day, not even talking about throwing toys and other
items out on the street or someone else's backyard!!!

ALL IN ALL, I STRONGLY OPPOSE THIS IDEA, AND I THINK AN ADMINISTRATIVE
PURBLIC HEARING IS DEFINITELY REQUIRED FOR ALL THE SIMILAR CONCERNS
IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.

Please advise further details on the hearing process, thanks and have a nice day.

Frederick and Jenny Lee
Residents of396l Appian Street, Pleasanton

15 (E-MAIL)
Date of e-mail:
Name of contact:
E-mail:
Address of contact:
Status:

April 14, 2005
Allen Hsieh

5279 Genovesio Drive
Opposed

E-mail:

-----Original Message-----
From: rongfang lin
Sent: Thursday, April 14, 2005 12:48 PM
To: Rosalind Rondash
Subject: PDUP-8

HI,

This is about the notice that I received from your office pertaining to the case of operating large
family day care application at 5276 Genovesio drive. I have deep concern about the traffic
hazardous would cause due to the expansion of this day care home. Right now this house is day
caring 4 to 6 children. Since the applicant's house is located at the sharp conjunction of another
street. 1 saw many time the hazardous traffic situation when parents drop-off or pickup their kids
during rush hours. This hazard not only could cause to caring child, but also to existing
residences.

Another concern is there is a swimming pool and play grounds in the community. the home
owners are liable to any accidence happens to the day care center. With
the size they want to expand, 1 do not think they can handle that. Another question is this notice
were sent to residences within 300-foot radius of applicant site, but those home owners has
liability to those child in day care and they are paying HOA fees to maintain public facilities.
