Since the street is not that wide to start with, with this
house almost at the comer of the street, I cannot imagine even 7 parents trying to drop off their
kids at around the same time of the day (already not talking about 14 parents!) They will be like
to double park, park on the red curb or even blocking someone's drive way to find an easy way to
temporarily parking their car during the drop off. Also, this is going to create a speeding issue.
As a parent, I know that day care will charge extra for dropping their kids late, so I think when
the parents are in a hurry to drop off, they will speed, and this is ABSOLUTELY
DANGEROUS, which will impose a potential theft to the children walking to school and to all
the cars taking off around this area, as this residence is located around the corner!

Secondly, as a member of the Valencia at Hacienda Homeowners Association, this will mean
additional liabilities when these kids get hurt when using the pool or other facilities in the
neighborhood. We are going to get charged more for that, I'm sure. Most importantly, this is not
going to be fair to all other residents of this community as 7-14 children will likely to occupy the
entire basketball court, tennis court and even create a very very crowded situation in the pool.
There are already rules, say in the pool, to prevent residents to bring a lot of friends. This is
