It is a residential neighborhood, a large-scale business should not be allowed. Additionally, <br />the By-Laws prohibit a home occupation from being conducted in these homes. <br />. Traffic is currently an issue for the development, allowing a larger scale business would <br />increase the traffic issues. <br />o Speed limit (15 MPH) is not being adhered to, <br />o Parking is an issue: on street parking is limited and not very much available. <br />.
