The driveway shall be made available for drop-off/pick- <br />up of children at all times the facility is in operation. <br /> <br />10) Prior to issuance of a business license, the applicant shall prepare a flyer to be approved <br />by the Planning Department for the distribution to all existing and future clients and <br />employees. The flyer shall state: <br /> <br />. Daycare patrons shall use the driveway of the project site for parking (loading and <br />unloading of children) at all times. Curb parking for patrons is prohibited. <br /> <br />. Daycare employees shall use the garage or the on-street parking spaces directly in front <br />of the daycare home. <br /> <br />. Daycare patrons and employees shall drive safely and follow all traffic regulations on <br />Genovesio Drive and the surrounding neighborhood, and shall be mindful of adjacent <br />property owners' concerns when driving to and from the site, including but not limited <br />to the posted 15 mile per hour speed limit. <br /> <br />. Daycare patrons and employees shall not make U-turns or park in the neighboring <br />driveways, nor shall they make U-turns within the street right-of-way or any other <br />maneuvers that are unsafe and/or would obstruct the flow of traffic. <br /> <br />. Under no circumstances shall daycare patrons or employees honk the car horn, double <br />park, park in the middle of the street, leave engines running, or park the wrong way on <br />Genovesio Drive while dropping-off or picking up children from the day care. <br /> <br />11) The applicant shall retain a signed agreement for each patron and employee of the facility <br />acknowledging all points of the flyer and acceptance of the regulations. The signed <br />agreements shall be made available to the City upon request. <br /> <br />12) The applicant shall assign drop-off and pick-up times to each parent (staggered in 10-15 <br />minute intervals) to facilitate the availability of the driveway spaces. <br /> <br />Noise <br /> <br />13) No outdoor recreational activities shall occur prior to 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br />14) The large family daycare home shall not create noise levels in excess of those allowed in <br />single-family residential areas in the noise element of the general plan or in excess of those <br />allowed in residential property by Chapter 9.04 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />SR:06:033 <br />Page 13 <br />
