<br />EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />P AP-85/PDUP-8 <br />February 7, 2006 <br /> <br />General <br /> <br />I) The large family daycare home covered by this approval shall substantially conform the <br />revised narrative, dated "Received November 28,2005" (for up to II children), and the site <br />plan and floor plan, dated "Received, April 6, 2005," marked as Exhibit "A", on file with <br />the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes <br />to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be <br />in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2) All appropriate State licenses for a large family daycare home shall be secured and <br />maintained during the entire time the residence is utilized as a large family daycare home. <br /> <br />3) The applicant shall meet all the requirements of the State Fire Marshal relating to large <br />family daycare homes and obtain a final inspection by the Fire Department prior to <br />enrolling additional children <br /> <br />4) No increase in the proposed maximum of eleven children shall occur without prior approval <br />of a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5) The standard hours of the large family daycare home shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 <br />p.m. Mondays through Fridays, not withstanding the inherent circumstances beyond the <br />operator's/patron's control. <br /> <br />6) The applicant's site shall be maintained in a neat and litter-free manner at all times. <br /> <br />7) No signage shall be allowed for the large family daycare home. <br /> <br />8) If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, and/or other <br />factors addressed by State law, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this matter can be <br />submitted to either the Zoning Administrator or the Planning Commission for subsequent <br />review at a public hearing. If necessary, the hearing body may modifY or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts. <br /> <br />Parkin!! <br /> <br />9) The applicant shall make the garage available at all times to park two cars, and all <br />automobiles owned or operated by the applicant or other tenants living at the property shall <br />be parked in the garage or on the street (directly in front of the subject home) during the <br /> <br />SR:06:033 <br />Page 12 <br />
