<br />Bud~et <br /> <br />Sufficient funds currently exist in the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan fee account (fees <br />collected from Vineyard Corridor developers) to reimburse Greenbriar Homes the cost of <br />constructing the sanitary sewer lift station in excess of their Vineyard Corridor Specific plan <br />fee obligation. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />The sanitary sewer lift station improvements have been completed and the improvements are <br />ready for formal acceptance by the City. The developer/contractor has posted the required one- <br />year warranty bond. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There will be annual costs associated with routine maintenance when sanitary sewer lift station <br />improvements are accepted.
