Accept for normal maintenance the sanitary sewer lift station to serve <br />development within the Vineyard Corridor. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />3. Ratify the payment of $154,383.21 from the Vineyard Corridor Specific <br />Plan fee account to reimburse Greenbriar Homes the cost of constructing <br />sanitary sewer lift station in excess of their Vineyard Corridor Specific <br />plan fees for Tract 7407 (Heinz Property). <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The City Council and the Pleasanton Unified School District decided to <br />complete the realignment of Vineyard A venue as proposed in the Vineyard <br />Corridor Specific Plan, in advance of further residential development within <br />the Specific Plan Area. As part of the necessary infrastructure for the <br />Vineyard Corridor, a sanitary sewer lift station was needed to serve the <br />development and the school. <br /> <br />In order to expedite construction, staff recommended that the City enter into <br />a reimbursement agreement with Greenbriar Homes for the construction of <br />the sanitary sewer lift station. The sanitary sewer lift station improvements <br />are now complete and Greenbriar Homes is requesting formal acceptance of <br />the facility. <br /> <br />SR 06:027 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
