<br />. . <br /> <br /> <br />48 <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />pLEASANTONc <br /> <br />City Council <br />Staff Report <br /> <br />February 7, 2006 <br />Public Works Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PREANNEXATION AGREEMENT AND <br />APPROVAL FOR WATER AND SEWER CONNECTIONS (3631 <br />VINE STREET, TRUTNER) <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council take the following action at the <br />meeting of February 7, 2006: <br /> <br />1. Authorize connection of the Trutner parcels located on Vine Street (APN <br />946-1704-009-01 and APN 946-1704-009-02) to the City water and <br />sanitary sewer systems, provided all connection work is done to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer and all costs are borne by the property <br />owner, and the proposed extension of City services is approved by <br />LAFCo. <br /> <br />2. Approve the Preannexation Agreement between Trutner and the City of <br />Pleasanton, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Pre annexation <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />3. File an application with LAFCo for the extension of City services to the <br />Trutner parcels. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The property owners, Beverly and Ernie Trutner of 3631 Vine Street, are <br />requesting connections to the City water and sewer systems to serve two <br />proposed lots located within the Remen Tract. They currently have an <br />approved Tentative Parcel Map with the County, which allows them to <br />subdivide their two existing parcels into three lots. Their existing residence, <br />3631 Vine Street, currently has City water and sewer services. <br /> <br />SR 06:030 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
