[Note <br />these programs go by a variety of names in various <br />cities and areas.] <br />Include flood fighting technique session based on <br />California Department of Water Resources training to <br />the list of available public training classes offered by <br />CERT. <br />Institute the neighborhood watch block captain and <br />team programs outlined in the Citizen Corps program <br />guide. <br />N <br />O <br />
