Such <br />standards should cover excavation, fill placement, cut <br />fill transitions, slope stability, drainage and erosion <br />control, slope setbacks, expansive soils, collapsible <br />soils, environmental issues, geological and <br />geotechnical investigations, grading plans and <br />specifications, protection of adjacent properties, and <br />review and permit issuance. <br />N <br />O <br />O <br />
