This scenario results in a facility that is partially functional at the end of the first phase of construction. It would require, however, $2,547,800 in additional funds for construction to begin. . Soft Costs (Please refer to Attachment B, Firehouse Office Furniture Requirements) Both project construction scenarios and associated budgets account for theater equipment and seating. They do not reflect certain soft costs, such as furniture and computer equipment, for the facility. Staff estimates that costs for office computers and furniture will approximate $9,126. There may be additional costs associated with any necessary mitigation of past hazardous materials at the site, independent plan checking services, permits, etc. Those costs are yet to be determined. .
