Upon acceptance, the City will invoice Safeway Corporation for <br />the full cost of the improvements, $198,918.75. <br /> <br />Change orders were a result of the removal and replacement of an existing backflow <br />prevention device, which interfered with the location of the new sidewalk, and the <br />construction of new curb and landscaping to protect the relocated backflow device.
