Accept the improvements for this project. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for this <br />project. <br /> <br />3. Authorize final payment to Rosas Brothers Construction in the <br />amount of $3,420. <br /> <br />4. Authorize payment of the retention in the amount of $8,697.44 to <br />Rosas Brothers Construction thirty days after f11ing the Notice of <br />Completion. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Construction of this project is complete and ready for acceptance. <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />On April 19, 2005, the City Council awarded the construction contract for this project to <br />the lowest responsible bidder, Rosas Brothers Construction of Oakland, in the amount of <br />$160,500. <br /> <br />SR 06:028 <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
