Lessee is and has been a tenant of City leasing the Property and operating the Museum on Main Street located on the Property (hereinafter referred to as "Facility")o Do City desires to continue to lease the Property to lessee for the purpose of providing the services listed above and Lessee desires to continue leasing the Property to provide these serviceso IN CONSIDERATION of mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follo~s: I.
