<br />FIRST AMENDMENT <br />TO CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES: <br />Dodson Engineers <br /> <br />This First Amendment, dated January 3,2006, amends the "Contract for Consultant Serviees for <br />engineering, and specialty inspection for the Vineyard Corridor sanitary sevver lift station, (C-04-024) <br />ent=ed into on 20 day of April 2004 betvveen the CITY OF PLEASANT ON and Dodson Engineers <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. The parties desire to amend the Original Contract to provides for additional hours for <br />engineering shop dravving revievv and inspection serviees for the Vineyard Corridor sanitary <br />sevver lift station <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in exchange for mutual consideration, the reeeipt and value ofvvhich is <br />hereby acknovvledged, the parties agree as follovvs: <br /> <br />L The Scope of Work described in Exhibit "A" to the Original Agreement shall be <br />Amended to provides for additional hours for engineering shop dravving revievv and <br />inspeetion services for the Vineyard Corridor sanitary sevver lift station <br />2. The Scope of Work deseribed in the Original Agreement shall be furth= amended to inelude <br />additional eompensation <'Not to Exeeed" $31,831065 <br />3.
