Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached contract amendment with Dodson Engineers 0 30 Approve the appropriation of' an additional $31 ,831 065 from the Vineyard A venue Corridor Specific Plan f'ees to include engineering review and specialty inspections of the Vineyard Corridor sanitary se~er lift station 0 The City entered into a contract with Dodson Engineers to provide specialty inspections f'or the Vineyard Corridor sanitary sewer lift station 0 The subject consulting services consists of' engineering shop drawing review and specialty construction inspection. Dodson Engineering has provided these services on a time and materials basis, totaling $58,460000, the original contract maximum 0 Funding f'or these services is provided under terms of' a reimbursement agreement with Greenbriar Homes, who is constructing the lift station in-lieu of paying Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan f'ees. The construction of' the lift station has exceeded the time originally proposed by the developer's contractor. In order to provide the necessary inspections through completion of the project, it is necessary to amend the contract with Dodson Engineers 0 Additional consultant costs required to complete the lift station inspections
