PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />a_ PCUP-90, Jahana Fumiio <br />Application for conditional use permit approval to operate a grocery store in an <br />existing tenant space in the Mission Plaza shopping center located at 1989 Santa <br />Rita Road, Suite D, Zoning for the subject site is C-C Central Commercial~_ <br />Senior Planner Robin Eisenwinter presented the staff report. Staff noted that the use was <br />conditionally allowed within the subject zoning district, and believed that the proposed <br />grocery store would be compatible with the other uses in the shopping center. She noted <br />that the store would not produce any adverse ianpacts on the adjacent property owners or <br />tenants. <br />Ms. Eisenwintcr described the proposed use and the site. Staff believed there was za <br />sufficient amount of parking on-site to accommodate the use. She noted that staff <br />included a recommended condition of approval that this application return to the Planning <br />Commission for additional review and moditication, in the event of parking, noise, <br />trafi3c, or other objectionable impacts.
