ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Lyr~.n "Tracy Nerland, Assistant City Attorney; Phil <br />Grubstick, City Engineer; Robin Gisenwinter, Senior <br />Planner; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, I~T arvcy Kamcny, and Matt <br />Sullivan <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Trish Maas and Mary Roberts <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. July 9, 2003. <br />Commissioner Kamcny advised that the motion on page 1 5, paragraph 1 O, should reflect <br />the £act than an amended motion was made.
