_ Commissioner Kameny noted that on a two-lane street, one lane full of parked cars was a major disruption to the flow of traf£c_ Mr. Iserson noted that it was common near schools for that type of congestion to occur, because of the lack of school buses. He noted that it was a difficult circulation problem. He noted that the Police Department could enforce illegal turns, acid that the Traffic Department could work with the school to develop workable solutions or improvements~ Commissioner Maas believed that the school impact fees were meant to mitigate these types of problems. Shc believed that the school should have some responsibility for these congestion problems- Commissioner Roberts inquired whether consideration of the General Plan was scheduled. for September or October. Cotrimissioner Maas suggested that a Thursday meeting the same week of the regular Planning Commission meeting would be feasible_ Mr. Iserson noted that he would communicate the request to Wayne Rasmussen. 4.
