MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WLIIC'H IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA- <br />'1'herc were none. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Tserson advised that Item 6.f. would be continued. <br />Chair Arlcin advised that given the environn~enta] consequences of item 6.e., he would <br />like the item to be continued to the nzccting of-June 25, 2003. He noted that considering <br />the item at what would likely be a late hour would be not in the City's best interest. <br />Ms. Ycrlco advised that while any number of the Cotnniission meeting may continue an <br />item to a future date, as long as it is agreeable to the majority of the Commission, this <br />procedure caanot be invoked if there is a legally imposed deadline. She would prefer that <br />the Commissioners take a vote on continuing the deadline. <br />Mr. 7serson advised that subdivision maps have a prescribed period of time under which <br />they should be acted upon. <br />After exan-iination of the By-Laws, Mr_ lserson advised that Chairperson Arkin was <br />correct, and that one commissioner Lriay continue an item to the next meeting. There <br />would Head to be a majority vote if tl-ie iten-i were. Lo go to anotl-ier body's xncetirzg. <br />Commissioner Sullivan advised that a communication had been received from a member <br />of the public with respect to Item 6.e. <br />Commissioner Maas advised that the extra ti nze would allow the parties involved in Item <br />6 _e. to coiric to an agreement, specifically regarding the well rights. <br />5.
