Commissioner Maas moved to approve PUD-22 subject to the coaditions listed in <br />Exhibit B, plus staff s memo with the following additions. that the design guidelines <br />be revised and strengthened to better address house design detailing, articulation, <br />fencing, and house S1tlIIg on the lots_ Particular attention should be given to house <br />orientation, and it is recommended that all houses face the street_ The construction <br />of photo-voltaic ready houses and other greenbuilding measures is encouraged_ The <br />revised guidelines should then be returned to the Planning Commission for <br />consideration_ Commissioner Sullivan seconded the motion_ <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Kameny, Maas, Roberts, and Sullivan <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ABSENT= None <br />Resolution No. PC-2003-21 was entered and adopted as motioned_ <br />e.
