Commissioner Maas moved to approve PUD-22 subject to the coaditions listed in Exhibit B, plus staff s memo with the following additions. that the design guidelines be revised and strengthened to better address house design detailing, articulation, fencing, and house S1tlIIg on the lots_ Particular attention should be given to house orientation, and it is recommended that all houses face the street_ The construction of photo-voltaic ready houses and other greenbuilding measures is encouraged_ The revised guidelines should then be returned to the Planning Commission for consideration_ Commissioner Sullivan seconded the motion_ ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Kameny, Maas, Roberts, and Sullivan NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT= None Resolution No. PC-2003-21 was entered and adopted as motioned_ e. Coxx~rnissioner Maas inquired when the General Plan Update meetings would be held_ She believed that the Joint Meeting was scheduled for August 28, and would like an updated schedule.
