MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that Anne Fox brought the location of the access road in <br />Zone 7 to his attention. She noted that they indicated that two access roads were planned= <br />one across from Mohr Elementary School, and the other across from the potential school <br />on Mohr Avenue. He noted that was not indicated in the staff report. Ms. Fox requested <br />that that be examined further, aad that the staff report include that information before it <br />goes to City G'ouncil. <br />Commissioner Maas noted that the storage use that was approved on Valley had opened, <br />and inquired when the mural would be installed. <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that the mural went before the Civic Arts Committee. <br />G'ominissioner Maas noted that she wanted to ensure that the applicants were held to their <br />approval agreements. <br />Commissioner Sedlak noted that he agreed with Commissioner Maas' comments, and <br />believed that it was important for the Commission to protect the assets in the community <br />acid the developer- <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Kamcny regarding the buggy on top of the <br />antiques store in Stanley Business Park, Mr. Iserson replied that Brian Swig was working <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES May 28, 2003 Page 26 <br />
