A portion of the subject property is <br />unincorporated X10712 Dublin Canyon Roads and a portion is zoned A- <br />Agriculture <10890 Dublin Canyon Road~_ <br />Marion Pavan summarized the staff report, and described the proposed proj ect_ He <br />advised that with respect to the urban growth boundary line, the City had traditionally <br />considered this area as being a "feathering" of density proceeding from the <br />condominium project, declining in numbers to this property_ The Planning <br />Commission should determine whether this type of density treatment, or the Medium <br />Density Residential designation with a lower dwelling count would be appropriate for <br />this site_ <br />With respect to General Plan buildout, 26,278 units have been approved out of the <br />29,000 unit density cap; 2,722 units remain.
