ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present= Jerry Iserson, Principal Plar~ner; Lynn Tracy Nerland, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Phil Grubstick, City Engineer; <br />Katherine Ferreira, Recording Secretary; and Cory <br />Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Trish Maas, Mary Roberts, <br />and Matt Sullivan. <br />Commissioners Absent= Commissioners Harvey Kameny and Mike Sedlak. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. April 9, 2003. <br />Commissioner Maas advised that page 7 4, paragraph 6, should be changed to read, <br />"Commissioner Maas noted that a session at the APA conference in San Diego dealt with <br />developers who would prefer receiving a streamlined permft approval process rather <br />than having fees waived.
