Any future restaurant user that locates vvithin the complex shall be required to keep the <br />rear doors closed at all times. <br /> <br />53. ~o trees shall be removed other than those specifically designated for removal on the <br />approv-ed plans or tree report:_ All appropriate measures shall be implemented during <br />construction to ensure that the trees to be retained shall be protected from damage or <br />injury resulting from construction activities. In the event that any of these trees are <br />substantially damaged", the applicant shall replace the tree(s) -v..rith a similarly sized <br />specimen tree prior to final occupancy of the building expansion. <br /> <br />54_ Plans submitted for issuance of building permits shall address the follo'VV"ing "best <br />management practices" to preclude pollutants from entering the storm vvater system", <br />V'V"rnch shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer prior to issuance ofpermits: <br /> <br />i.
