The applicant's contrac-tor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City Engineer <br />prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />28. The applicant shall comply V\i'ith the City's non-point storm drain run-off ordinance. <br />OiVgrease separators shall be installed in all on-site storm drain inlets to filter the storm <br />V\i'ater drainage prior to entering the City's storm drain lines in the adjacent public <br />rights-of-vvays_ The applicant shall submit a main-tenance schedule ror the separa-tors to <br />the City Engineer xor revieV\i' and approval prior to the issuance ox a building permit.
