The proposed development plan shall conform substan.tially to the site plan.". architectural <br />plans,. landscape plan,. colorboarrl", and related materials". The applicants shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the project: <br />prior to the commencement: of coostructioD. <br /> <br />3. The plans for this repair shall be submitted for <br />the revievv and approval by the Chief Building Omcial and Planning I:>irector for revievv <br />and approval prior to the commencement of vvorK. The adjacent property ovvners shall be <br />notified one vveek prior -to the commencemeo-t of vvork. The "s-traightening" of -this "VVall <br />shall be comple-ted prior to the occupancy of the proposed Lucky's building expansion. <br /> <br />7. The applican-t shall effec-tively screen from vievv all duc-ts", mc-ters", air condi-tioning <br />equipmen.-t", and any other mechanical equipmen-t", "VVhether on -the s-tructure" on the ground" <br />or on the root:: vvith materials architecturally compatible vvith -the main structure. <br />Screening details shall be sho"VVn on the plans submit-ted for issuance of building permits", <br />the adequacy of V'iorhich shall be determined by the Planning I>irector.
