<br />Exception 1: For subdivision of Lots that are designated in part Hillside Residential, Specific <br />Plan fees for the buildable lots "W'ithin the Hillside Residential portion of the Lot shall be paid <br />only for those buildable lots created by the final subdivision map; provided, ho"W'ever, that if by <br />reason of the map, in conjunction "W'ith prior maps if any "W'ithin the Hillside Residential portion <br />of the Lot, more than half of the ne"W' buildable lots allocated to the Hillside Residential portion <br />of the Lot "W'ill be created, then the Specific Plan fees for all lots allocated to the Lot shall be <br />paid "W'hen the map is filed for City approval. <br /> <br />Financing Program #8: The Specific Plan fees for existing homes are for shared infrastructure <br />improvements only as set forth in Table 2; the property o"W'ner is responsible for on site <br />"W'ater/se"W'er laterals and all connection fees. For Lots that have an existing home, if a property <br />o"W'ner connects to the "W'ater and se"W'er infrastructure "W'ithout subdividing the Lot, the property <br />o"W'ner shall pay that portion of the Specific Plan fee for shared infrastructure improvements as <br />set forth in Table 2.
