Provide direction regarding establishing a policy that identifies <br />criteria for prioritizing future Parks and Miscellaneous Capital <br />Improvement Projects. <br /> <br />2. Authorize staff modifY the practice of establishing multiple CIP <br />reserve projects in favor of establishing one Capital Improvement <br />Reserve account that W'ould be used consistent W'ith a Capital <br />Improvement Program priority policy. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />Every tW'0 years the City Council adopts a four year Capital Improvement <br />Program to assure that infrastructure and capital improvement needs are <br />adequately addressed. This report provides information regarding <br />establishing policy for determining project funding for parks and <br />miscellaneous projects that generally include facilities and park <br />development.
