PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />1.1. Project Administration <br /> <br />1.1.1. Contract Reporting - There are three major criteria in evaluating <br />an engineering contract and performance: cost, quality, and <br />schedule. CONSULTANT shall deliver at the outset of the contract, <br />a scheduled delivery of services that will be used as the "baseline" <br />of the contract. CONSULTANT will submit and review monthly with <br />City staff a report/invoice that tracks work completed and invoiced <br />to date and work and value of work remaining to be completed. An <br />updated project schedule will be furnished. The level of invoicing <br />detail and content of the recap shall be determined by the City to <br />meet its supervisory and accounting needs. <br /> <br />1.1.2. Project Administration - Immediately upon contract authorization, <br />CONSULTANT will meet with the consultant team and City <br />representatives to discuss and develop the following: <br /> <br />. Develop project goals and expectations. Establish work plan <br />and project schedule, including schedule. <br /> <br />. Develop project management procedures and identify City staff <br />assigned to the project. <br /> <br />. Discuss project construction budget parameters. <br /> <br />. Discuss the project background history and development status <br />of the adjacent residential and commercial parcels. <br /> <br />. Review available reference material and receive all pertinent <br />background information for the project site from the City. <br /> <br />1.1.3. Team Meetings - Team Meetings will be held with various key <br />team members on a weekly basis. The Project Schedule updates <br />will be discussed, tracked, and evaluated in order to assess <br />potential corrective measures to ensure project success. <br />CONSULTANT will host these meetings on behalf of the City, at the <br />appropriate location with the Team Members. <br /> <br />1.1.4. Critical Path Schedule (Initial) - CONSULTANT shall furnish an <br />Initial Project Schedule that will become the Project Baseline in <br />evaluating project milestones, accomplishments, critical path items, <br />and the necessary corrective measures to achieve the project <br />completion date.
