These include: water transmission lines, wastewater trunk lines, storm water <br /> drainage facilities, and public utilities. Phase II public facilities are planned to coordinate with <br /> and expand the Phase I systems to serve the Phase II area development. <br /> PUBLIC FACILITIES OBJECTIVES, POLICIES AND GUIDELINES <br /> Provision of Infrastructure Facilities Obiective <br /> TO TIME THE PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE TO MEET SERVICE LEVEL <br /> STANDARDS WITHIN THE PLANNING AREA. <br /> Infrastructure Facilities Policy 1: "Backbone" Infrastructure.
