Accept the improvements for this project. <br /> 2. Direct the City Clerk to fIle a Notice of Completion for the subject <br /> project. <br /> 3. Authorize fmal payment to M.A. Lindquist Co., Inc. in the amount of <br /> $24,756.53. <br /> 4. Authorize payment of the retention, in the amount of $ 125,982.72 <br /> thirty days after the Notice of Completion has been fIled. <br /> SUMMARY: The subject project consisted of the construction of a 12,032 square foot <br /> clubhouse (roof area including covered patio) and 4,650 square foot cart <br /> barn for the Cailippe Preserve Golf Course, as well as landscaping, <br /> lighting and hardscape around these buildings. In addition, as a change to <br /> the original contract, Lindquist was directed to construct a fuel island <br /> canopy covering the fueling station and wash-down area in the golf course <br /> maintenance yard. Construction of the clubhouse, cart barn, and <br /> maintenance yard fuel, island canopy has now been completed and is ready <br /> for acceptance. <br /> SR:05:305 <br /> Page I of3 <br />
