Accept the improvements for the subject project. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the <br /> subject project. <br /> 3. Authorize final payment in the amount of$5,560.15 to the contractor, <br /> Suarez and Munoz Construction, Inc. <br /> 4. Authorize the payment of retention in the amount of $31,572.17 to <br /> Suarez and Munoz Construction, Inc., 30 days after filing the Notice <br /> of Completion. <br /> SUMMARY: Construction of the subject project is now complete and ready for <br /> acceptance. <br /> SR 05:299 <br /> Page 1 <br />
