"You are hereby advised that this property is located near land zoned <br />and/or used for agricultural purposes. Agricultural use is defined as <br />including but not limited to day and night-time activity relating to <br />livestock grazing, the keeping of livestock, the growing and <br />processing of agricultural crops, and any commercial agricultural <br />practices performed as incidental to or in conjunction with such · <br />operations. Some of the impacts associated with agricultural use <br />include but are not limited to noise, odor, dust, chemicals, refuse, <br />waste, unsightliness, use of agricultural equipment, and traffic. <br />Permitted agricultural pursuits conducted in accordance with good <br />practice and maintenance are not deemed by the City of Pleasanton <br />to be a nuisance." <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />The project developer shall prepare an informational handout for <br />Planning Commission review and approval with the tentative map <br />describing all land use/zoning/building regulations pertaining to the <br />use of the MDR and vineyard estate lots. <br /> <br />Building ami Site Design Requirements <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />The project developer shall implement the "green building <br />measures" listed under the "Centex Homes Green Home Building <br />Proposal," updated March 9, 2001, with the design and construction <br />of all of the homes covered by this approval. The project developer <br />may modify these measures, e.g., add new measures, or change <br />existing measures if there are other, more effective measures, which <br />can feasibly be done. Additionally, the project developer shall work <br />with City staff to prepare a summary report of the effectiveness of <br />implementing the selected components, including as feasible, the <br />costs and benefits of each component. This report shall be prepared <br />following construction of seventy-five percent (75%) of the project <br />units, with actual energy use data from occupied units, if possible, <br />which shall be forwarded to the Planning Commission for its review. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />The project developer shall provide to the buyers of the houses <br />covered by this approval, photovoltaie systems as an option.
