Sideyard Building Setback- 10' 0" <br />(However, on comer lots, a minimum 20' 0" wide sideyard shall be maintained <br />from side street). <br />Rearyard Building Setback - 20' 0" <br />Maximum Height - One-story or 25' 0". <br /> <br />f. Development Standards for Accessory Structures on Lots 1 through 36: <br /> <br />Rearyard Setback- 10' 0" <br />Interior Sideyard- 10' 0" <br />Street Sideyard for Comer Lots - 20' 0" <br />Maximum height - One-Story and 25' 0", except for Lots 3, 5, 7, 9 - 10, 13, <br />15, 18 - 20, and 23 - 26, where the maximum height shall be two-stories and <br />25' 0". <br />(On Lots 33 through 36, the minimum rear yard setback for accessory struc- <br />tures shall be 20' 0" and the maximum height shall be one-story or 15' 0". The <br />maximum height for an accessory structure on Lot 36 may be two-stories or <br />25' 0".) <br /> <br />g. No primary or accessory building shall be allowed within 35' 0" of the existing <br /> Vineyard Avenue right-of-way line. <br /> <br />For all primary and accessory structures, building height is measured vertically from <br />the lowest elevation of the building to the highest elevation of the building, exclud- <br />ing chimneys. <br /> <br />Parcel "A" of this PUD Development Plan approval shall be subject to the following <br />uses: <br /> <br />a. Permitted Uses: <br /> <br />Vineyard, e.g., grape-bearing plants; <br />Orchards, row crops, and horticulture if it can be demonstrated that the vine- <br />yards are not feasible to develop.
