Small family day care home, defined as eight (8) or fewer children not includ- <br />ing children of the day-care owner/operator. <br /> <br />Conditional Uses: The following uses shall be permitted on all lots covered by this <br />PUD Development Plan approval upon the granting of a Conditional Use Permit <br />(CUP) in accordance with the provisions of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, unless <br />otherwise noted: <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Nursing home for not more than six patients; <br />Home occupation conducted in accordance with Chapter 18.104, Home Occu- <br />pations, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code; <br />Large family day care home defined as greater than eight (8) children not in- <br />cluding children of the day care owner/operator; and, <br />Secondary dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Development Standards for Lots 1 through 26: The following building setback and <br />height standards shall apply to the primary structures and additions to primary struc- <br />tures on these lots covered by this PUD Development Plan approval: <br /> <br />Front Building Setback - 25' 0" <br />Sideyard Building Setback- 10' 0" <br />(However, on comer lots, a minimum 20' 0" wide sideyard shall be maintained <br />from side street). <br />Rearyard Building Setback - 25' 0" <br />Maximum Height - 30' 0" <br /> <br />Development Standards for Lots 27 through 32 and Parcel "B": The following <br />building setback and height standards shall apply to the primary structures and addi- <br />tions to primary structures on these lots covered by this PUD Development Plan ap- <br />proval: <br /> <br />Frontyard Building Setback - 30' 0" <br />Sideyard Building Setback - 15' 0" <br />(However, on comer lots, a minimum 20' 0" wide sideyard shall be maintained <br />fi'om side street). <br />Rearyard Building Setback - 30' 0" <br />Maximum Height - Two stories and 30' 0" <br /> <br />Development Standards for Lots 34 through 36: The following building setback and <br />height standards shall apply to the primary structures and additions to primary struc- <br />tures on these lots covered by this PUD Development Plan approval: <br /> <br />Frontyard Building Setback - 25' 0" <br /> <br />PUD-O0-OI (CiO~ Council approval) Page 2 of 28 March 7, 2000 <br /> <br /> <br />
