The applicants shall seek City Council approval to allow on-site regulation of the <br /> Vehicle Code for the site. <br /> <br />70. <br /> <br />71. <br /> <br />72. <br /> <br />73. <br /> <br />74. <br /> <br />75. <br /> <br />76. <br /> <br />77. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />The applicants shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a <br />licensed civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control <br />measures, including concrete-lined V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes from <br />surface water overflow. This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of <br />the City Engineer, Planning Director, and the Director of Building Inspection prior <br />to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />The applicants shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control <br />prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Depa,ttnent permit. The mount of <br />this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />All drive aisles shall be signed for no parking except in designated parking areas. <br /> <br />The design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development shall be subject to final review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The applicants shall construct vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters within this <br />development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. When the sidewalk <br />is adjacent to the curb and gutter, they shall be poured monolithically. <br /> <br />All existing wells on the site shall be removed or sealed, filled and abandoned <br />pursuant to Alameda County Ord. 73-68, prior to the start of grading operations <br />unless Zone 7 retains specific wells for observation wells, or special approval is <br />obtained from the City Engineer for temporary use of an existing well for <br />construction water. Any wells designated for abandonment or any wells, <br />encountered during construction, are to be destroyed in accordance with a permit <br />obtained from Zone 7. <br /> <br />All existing septic tanks or holding tanks shall be removed or sealed, filled, and <br />abandoned, pursuant to the requirements of the Alameda County Deparhnent of <br />Health Services. <br /> <br />The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by <br />the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
