<br />City of Pleasanton DSRSD Zone 7 Water Agency <br />Resolution No. 05-065 Resolution No. 35-05 Resolution No. 06-2783 <br /> JOINT RESOLUTION <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> ZONE 7 WATER AGENCY <br />A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE DUBLIN SAN RAMON <br />SERVICES DISTRICT AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ZONE 7 <br />WATER AGENCY REGARDING WATER QUALITY <br /> WHEREAS, the existing Zone 7 Water Quality Policy and Implementation Plan was <br />adopted on April 16, 2003 after extensive discussions with stakeholders, and with the support <br />ofthe Retail Water Contractors California Water Service Company, the Dublin San Ramon <br />Services District, the City of Livermore, and the City of Pleasant on; and <br /> WHEREAS, the adopted Water Quality Policy and Implementation Plan identified <br />specific water quality targets, and proposed specific projects and implementation schedules; <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed projects are currently on schedule: and <br /> WHEREAS, the Water Quality Policy calls Zone 7 to review and update that <br />document at a minimum of every two years; and <br /> WHEREAS, opinion surveys conducted by Zone 7, the City of Pleasant on, and the <br />Dublin San Ramon Services show that a substantial number of customers desire feasible <br />improvements to the quality of their delivered water; and <br /> WHEREAS the Dublin San Ramon Services District and the City of Pleasant on <br />desire revisions to the existing Water Quality Policy, Goals, and Implementation Plan, and <br />desire that the Water Quality Goals, and Implementation Plan schedules and that various <br />
