Written text of up to 5 pages that describe the proposed park improvements in the following sections: <br /> background text relating to the Bernal Community Park design approach; description of the proposed <br /> concept plan, lighting concepts. description of park and trail design cohesion, architectural concepts, <br /> public art. <br />9. Provide camera-ready originals of Master Plan drawings for five staff reports, and presentation boards <br /> for public hearings. <br />10. Preliminary cost breakdown of Park improvements, as a stand-alone document <br />TASK A.2.4: APPROVAL PROCESS AND SCHEDULE <br />L City Council to approve a contract with Consultant to assist City staff in preparing the Bernal Community <br /> Park Master Plan. <br />2. Consultant to work with City staff and consultants to establish a coordinated Master Plan based on the <br /> approved I 3-acre baseball fields PUD and the Illustrative Plan for the Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan. <br /> Consultants anticipate a time frame of 6 weeks to complete the Draft Master Plan. <br />Bernal Community Park Master Plan 3 <br />
