<br />Commissioner Blank suggested an amendment that the flier specifically state that car <br />horns shall not be blown; and that the flier be signed by the customers and a copy kept on <br />file at the daycare facility. <br />Commissioner Maas accepted the proposed amendments. <br />Commissioner Fox seconded the motion. <br />Commissioner Blank directed staff to request the Traffic Committee, the appropriate traffic <br />engineer, and/or police representative to consider having speed signs for at least 90 days <br />regarding the potential blind spot and to see if any remediation needs to be performed; and to <br />consider a meeting between the Code Enforcement Officer or the Police Department and the <br />customers of the daycare to reiterate the vehicle code restrictions and neighborly conduct.
