The applicant shall meet all the requirements of the State Fire Marshall relating to large family day care homes and obtain a final inspection by the Fire Department prior to enrolling additional children 6. No more than fourteen (14) children shall be enrolled in the daily program at the subject large family day care home, provided all requirements of California Health and Safety Code are met (Exhibit C, H&S 91597.465). 7. The applicant shall make the garage available at all times to park one car, as required by the Municipal Code. 8. All automobiles owned or operated by the applicant or other tenants living at 5574 Paseo Navarro shall be parked in the garage, driveway, or directly in front of the subject site during the time the day care home in operation. The applicant shall make every effort to properly store all boats, motor homes, and trailers during operation of the day care to provide parking access to day care home patrons. 9. Day care home employees shall park in the driveway or garage at all times. 10. The hours of the large family day care home shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. 11. No outdoor recreational activities shall occur prior to 9:00 a.m. 12. The large family day care home shall not create noise levels in excess of those allowed in single-family residential areas in the noise element of the general plan or in excess of those allowed in residential property by Chapter 9.04 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. 13. The applicant's site shall be maintained in a neat and litter-free manner at all times. 14. No signage shall be allowed for the large family day care home. 15. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the Zoning Administrator for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Zoning Administrator may modifY or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts. 16. The City's Traffic Committee shall consider ways to improve traffic safety and mitigate traffic speeds in and around Paseo Navarro.
