<br />4. The Planning Commission will review the in six months after operation starts to <br /> assess the impacts of traffic, parking and noise issues. <br />5. The applicant shall meet all the requirements of the State Fire Marshall relating to <br /> large family day care homes and obtain a final inspection by the Fire Department <br /> prior to enrolling additional children <br />6. No more than fourteen (14) children shall be enrolled in the daily program at the <br /> subject large family day care home, provided all requirements of California Health <br /> and Safety Code are met (Exhibit C, H&S 91597.465). <br />7. The applicant shall make the garage available at all times to park one car, as <br /> required by the Municipal Code. <br />8. All automobiles owned or operated by the applicant or other tenants living at 5574 <br /> Paseo Navarro shall be parked in the garage, driveway, or directly in front of the <br /> subject site during the time the day care home in operation. The applicant shall <br /> make every effort to properly store all boats, motor homes, and trailers during <br /> operation of the day care to provide parking access to day care home patrons. <br />9. Day care home employees shall park in the driveway or garage at all times. <br />10. The hours of the large family day care home shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 <br /> p.m. Mondays through Fridays. <br />11. No outdoor recreational activities shall occur prior to 9:00 a.m. <br />12. The large family day care home shall not create noise levels in excess of those <br /> allowed in single-family residential areas in the noise element of the general plan <br /> or in excess of those allowed in residential property by Chapter 9.04 of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />13. The applicant's site shall be maintained in a neat and litter-free manner at all <br /> times. <br />14. No signage shall be allowed for the large family day care home. <br />15. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or <br /> other factors, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this matter can be <br /> submitted to the Zoning Administrator for subsequent review at a public hearing. <br /> If necessary, the Zoning Administrator may modifY or add conditions of approval <br /> to mitigate such impacts. <br />16. The City's Traffic Committee shall consider ways to improve traffic safety and <br /> mitigate traffic speeds in and around Paseo Navarro. <br />
