(If the conversion of Sauterne <br /> Way is approved, additional funds may be needed depending on the <br /> design chosen to implement the conversion.) <br /> Mitigation Measures I & 2 <br /> The construction cost of the first three median islands was $51 ,000. Construction bids for the <br /> last two islands were over $30,000 per island. As the first three islands had little affect on <br /> vehicle speeds or volumes, the residents at the last two neighborhood meetings agreed that <br /> remaining funding should be allocated towards Vineyard Avenue improvements and that the <br /> last two islands could be striped instead of raised medians. <br /> Mitigation Measures 3 through 6 - Completed <br /> Mitigation Measure 7 <br /> The resurfacing of Vineyard Avenue has not been completed.
