A cut-sheet showing the irrigation <br />controller shall be submitted to the Plarming Director for review and approval in <br />conjunction with the final map improvement plans. <br /> <br />Second Units <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Only one residential unit on the subject property may be rented. The other unit shall be <br />owner-occupied. The second unit shall be occupied by no more than two adults, although <br />there shall be no limit on the number of children. In no case shall the second unit be sold, <br />subdivided, or held under different legal ownership from the primary residence. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />One on-site parking space shall be made continuously available to thc occupant(s) of the <br />second unit for parking. <br /> <br />I7. <br /> <br />The applicant shall irmtall address signs that are visible from the street, clearly indicating <br />that two separate units exist on the parcel.
