30. <br /> <br />Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy of any <br />apartment units or buildings. <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />31. <br /> <br />Except as modified by Condition No. 32, all construction shall conform to the <br />requirements of the City of Pleasamon Building and Fire Codes as adopted by Ordinance <br />No. 1669 (automatic fire sprinkler and fac alarm systems). <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />All apartment buildings shall be equipped with an automatic fire sprinklers, subject to the <br />satisfaction of the Chief Building Official. <br /> <br />33. <br /> <br />Approval of the number, type, and location of fire hydrants shall be subject to the review <br />and approval by the Fire Chief and City Engineer. <br /> <br />34. <br /> <br />All roads on the site are designated as fire apparatus access roads by the Fire Chief and <br />must be maintained in accordance with Section 10.201 oftbe Uniform Fire Code and be <br />accessible at all times from the start nf construction until the project is completed. <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br />All drive aisles shall be signed for no parking except in designated parking areas. Curbs <br />within the project site shall be painted red and/or "No Parking - Fire Lane" signs provided <br />as required by the vehicle code, subject to the satisfaction of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />36. <br /> <br />Building address numerals shall be posted on all four sides of each building. The <br />building address numerals shall be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways <br />during both daylight and night time hours. Minimum size shall be 6 in. high by l in. <br />stroke. <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, all on-site utilities (water, sanitary, and <br />storm drain) shall be private and maintained by thc owner. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />The storm drainage from each building shall be directed to the street or an approved <br />storm drain system in accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) of the 1988 <br />Uniform Building Code unless otherwise approved by the Building Official and City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />39~ <br /> <br />The applicant shall label ail on-site storm drain inlets with the wording, "No Dmnping -- <br />Drains to Bay" using City-approved methods and materials. On-site storm drain facilities <br />shall be cleaned a minimum of twice a year as follows: immediately prior to October 15 <br />and once in January.
