APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> k. <br /> <br />Site Plan <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance ora building permit, the following plans shall be submitted for final <br />review and approval by the Planning Director: <br /> <br />a. Site plan. <br />b. Floor plan. <br />c. Building and carport elevations. <br /> <br /> Materials/Color board. <br /> <br />e. Landscape plan for the apartment complex and Village Commons. <br /> <br />f. Common area/Amenity plan for the apartment complex and Village Commons. <br /> Trash enclosure site plan and elevations. <br /> Grading and drainage plan. <br /> Utility plan. <br /> Comprehensive sign plan. <br /> Site lighting plan. <br /> <br />The final location of the apartment buildings shall be subject to the final review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to building permit issuance~ <br /> <br />The more southerly of the tttree driveways entering the complex from Street Y shall align <br />with the opposing street serving the 4,000-square-foot lots. The other two driveways <br />shall be aligned opposite a street or alley; where this is not feasible, the driveway should <br />be aligned so that outbound vehicle lights will minimize impacts to houses across the <br />street. The final location of the project driveways shall be subject to the final review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to building permit issuance. <br /> <br />At least one covered parking space shall be provided per unit. <br /> <br />Apa~lment Development Plan Page 1 of 6 Revised August 18, 2000 <br /> <br /> <br />
